onsite Inspection there is is the constant risk of defective goods and inferior quality output from suppliers or agents, product inspection provides with a clear overview of the entire production quality based on client specifications. Protect each production stage by AQL Standard (international standard ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003) to reduce risk.

Random Pre-shipment inspection(PSI): A Pre-Shipment Inspection is a systematic inspection, it is very effective and widely adopted quality control method. This inspection is generally performed when 100% of the goods are complete, and at least 80% packed.
During Production Inspection: Inline inspection for product early stage which 20-80% production is completed and packed for shipping. If non-conformity is discovered, it allows for quick corrective action from the factory, and for retro-fitting of the production.
